Laws for Hindus only! Not for Muslims!

Two forms of laws are getting apparent in length and breadth of the Indian state of Bengal; while every sort of harsh law is being enforced against Hindus, minority community, virtually Muslim, is being given exemption (in every capacity) regarding same offences.

This is not any baseless claim – a musical soiree (jalsa) was organized by Muslims on January 1, 2013 at Kalasbazar, Block: Magrahat, District: 24 Paraganas (South) throughout the night flouting all civilized and legal norms. Even if the gathering left sufferings for people in the environs, especially for patients, police remained silent despite repeated pleas. And the painful experience continued till 4am in the morning. Law and order was raped once more.

Had Hindus done the same, the entire soiree would have been devastated, let alone putting Hindu leaders behind the bars. Myriad instances of such developments are there and how police and administration across Bengal is engaged to warn Hindus of dire consequences (if there is any violation of police’s instructions) is known to all.

According to Memo: 367/ICA/NB/PN Date: 09/10/2012 (Kolkata Police notification on use of microphones and sound boxes during Durga Puja & Lakshmi Puja), use of any microphone or sound box without requisite permission and violation of the aforesaid directions or any other conditions imposed by the authority granting such permission is actionable and punishable Under Section 17D of the Calcutta Suburban Police Act, 1866 as amended in the year 1962 and Section 34A of Police Act, 1861 amended in the year 1963 (West Bengal Amendment XXXVIII of 1963) and P.A. System and other equipment will also be liable to be seized.

Such laws prevail throughout Bengal; Hindus remain subject to the same while Muslims are given a free rein at every nook.

Does democracy in India mean Muslim appeasement only?

Dakshin Barasat turning into complete hell for Hindus

Dakshin (South) Barasat happens to be an important area in District: 24 Paraganas (South) and has a railway station too in the Sealdah-Laxmikantpur section. Even if sporadic Hindu-Muslim clashes used to affect the locale, law and order was not in danger.  The situation is not same any more – the earlier composition of the area has been changing drastically risking Hindus alone, according to locals.

Poor Hindus are unwanted in Bengal

Governmental disregard to them continues successfully

No matter how Bengal is going through a political trauma at the moment (stimulated by escalation in political violence with each day it passes) there is no dearth in government’s appeasement to Muslims. As part of latest development, the state government is all set to establish haat (market) sheds in several areas across the state for people to sell and even store vegetable products; the advantage will be for the underprivileged people from minority community, solely Muslims.

It has also come to knowledge, the above-said infrastructure will be available in 12 districts throughout the state. And every shed will contain cold storage, retail outlet, training center along with hall for public sale.

As fresh reports have come to us, 29 markets (as part of 1 st Phase) will be built up in the districts of Cooch Behar, Dinajpur (both North and South), 24 Paraganas (both North and South), Howrah, Birbhum, Burdwan and Kolkata.  To deal with the expenses, the State government has already received a vast fund worth Rs. 350 crore from the Centre (under the Multi-sectoral Development Program or MsDP).

The project will be carried out by the joint efforts of Minority Affairs Department and Agri-marketing Department of Bengal.

On the word of Giasuddin Molla, State Minister for Minority Affairs, “We are also organizing Milan Mela in several districts where poor people from minority community are selling their several products.”

Poor Hindus inhabiting the state in millions are betrayed once more; they are at the receiving end of governmental neglect and affront.

Perhaps, it is better for Hindus to abstain from expecting anything good from Trinamool-led Bengal government.

Hindu families in Khiriskhali, Basanti living under Islamic terror

Village: Khiriskhali, P.S. Basanti, District: 24 Paraganas (South) happened to be a Hindu-dominated area once but no more…. blatant Muslim appeasement of governments in Bengal down the ages coupled with unrestrained illegal migration of Muslims from neighboring Bangladesh have sealed fates of Hindus in this village forever.

Only two Hindu families exist in the village these days virtually and in a great terror round the clock.

Both Hindu families are in extreme fear at the moment. Police, in spite of repeated requests made by Hindus, has not entered the village: Khiriskhali to date.

North Bengal appreciating Hindu Samhati’s worth fast

How are Hindus in North Bengal? Gone are the days when Hindus used to enjoy preponderance owing to their numerical majority and economic success in the region; the lot has changed a great deal because of fast demographic changes and surge in economic reservations for Muslims.

Hindu Samhati has begun its struggle for Hindus living in this area.

Statement of Tapan Ghosh on Pakistani Audacity, Brutality and Indian Cowardice

Pakistan did it again today. And India is again capitulating. The nation Indiais unable to keep its head high because of its leaders. Surely not for its army leaders but for its political leaders. Today’s incident of killing of two of our soldiers in J&K, deep inside our border, by the Pakistani troops and Paki trade mark brutality and mutilation on our soldiers’ bodies and then India’s official response, surely which we will witness, reminds me the quotation of former Army Chief VK Singh “an Army of Lions led by a Deer is not to be feared much as an Army of Deer led by a Lion”.

I cannot help but remember and admit at least partially what Akbaruddin Owaisi recently said in his speech of Adilabad that 1 crore of “namard” can’t deliver a child. He is right regarding the persons sitting in power in Delhi – whether today or in 2001. That time too after Parliament attack Mr. Vajpayee roared “Ab Hoga Aar Paar Ki Laadai”. Nothing delivered. Even prior to that at the time of Kargil War Mr. Vajpayee had not enough courage even to publish the postmortem report of martyr Captain Saurabh Kalia whose dead body bore the trade mark of Islamic brutality. Now, hundreds of times of violating ceasefire and this time brutality and killing – all these only prove the trueness of Owaisi’s statement.

No ray of hope is in sight even after the new type of agitations we saw in Delhi. The new and apparently untainted leaders like Arvind Kejriwal stayed mum in the matter of venomous Akbaruddin Owaisi. That means all leaders either of ruling party or opposition parties or even the new untested parties will take concern on everything barring Islamic defiance and Paki brutality. I don’t know when the Prayaschit of our old sins will come to an end and when our nation will get rid of this ‘dear leadership’.

Muslim activist of outlawed SIMI threatening Hindu Headmaster in Karandighi, North Dinajpur

Even if a radical Muslim outfit is banned, its activists do not face any trouble to work anywhere in India thanks to weird democratic prevailing the country. The story may seem unusual to many but the Hindu Headmaster of Pouti High School, P.S. Karandighi, District: North Dinajpur is having brunt of the same.

The revered Headmaster, Mr. Sudeb Chandra Majumder, is being threatened by Sikander (infamous for being a SIMI activist far and wide), turned into a Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader by now, of dire consequences all the time these days. The reason may appear to be quite flimsy – Pouti High School, led by Mr. Majumder, has decided to have Rs. 120 as annual admission fee for Class V to Class XII.
